Fawcett Productions is a full service event company, able to meet the needs of our clients to produce any type of event. We provide for event concept & development, budgeting, event planning, operations, logistics and collateral material design and production. We are there every step of the event process working in conjunction with our clients’ needs and time-frames.
FP coordinates with the client to determine specific goals and objectives in planning conferences/trade shows/events. Prepare event budget and track conference spending. Markets facilitation package; locate site; plan and coordinates speakers, materials, vendors, points of contact on-site, equipment, meals, etc.
Oversee all/some event activities on-site, ensuring adequate staff support for each. Contact attendees and send all necessary conference materials. Coordinate with other departments, including graphics, to design and prepare event materials including name badges, certificates, etc.
